| Network Provisioning for a telecom engineering consulting firm contracted to perform these functions for major carriers' networks. Position requires strong industry experience (minimum 5 years) provisioning trunks, DS1, and higher level services in a high volume, fast-paced environment. |
| Skills and Experience · 5 years of network provisioning experience (switched and specials) · experience working with a variety of service providers and order systems throughout the industry, · knowlege of the associated industry procedures and protocols for service provisioning, · network or circuit design experience required, · experience interfacing with Network Operations groups (primarily switch techs) · recent experience placing orders, tracking, escalating, and managing through the circuit installation process · Excellent communication skills, both written & oral. · Good organizational & documentation skills · supervisory and/or project-lead experience is preferred · Proficient with network inventory databases (Xng preferred) · Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications |
